Established in 2018, Danelaw Real Estate a full range of services as a Housing Consultancy. Our consultants routinely assist Corporate Relocation Companies in the movement of clients on behalf of some of the UK’s largest employers, both domestically and internationally.
In addition we offer a full buying agency service, assisting with the purchase or lease of residential property across Greater London, the Home Counties and the Midlands.
Our team also operate directly as consultants, regularly advising institutional clients on the housing market, portfolio strategy and residential investment.
The Director – David Kutas BSc (Hons) FNAEA
David established Danelaw Real Estate after a varied and successful career in the property market. Born and raised in Northamptonshire, David holds a great passion for the local area. David is a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), holding one of the highest qualifications in the industry.
He graduated with Honours from Anglia Ruskin University in 2015 with a degree in Real Estate Management, his career after graduation took him into the Central London property markets. He began working in Shoreditch for a popular boutique agency covering a large territory between the City of London and Canary Wharf. Due to his success in the area, he was transferred to the company’s Camden Town office to take on a senior role within the sales team. Later in his career he was headhunted by a multinational relocation agency specialising in introducing foreign clients to London real estate on behalf of some of the nation’s largest employers. The success within this field has allowed David contacts worldwide and to have been actively involved in home sales as far afield and the Californian coast. This experience has left David with a deep rooted professionalism which he strives to offer to each and every client.
Head of Relocation Services – Matthew Kutas
Residing in rural Northamptonshire, Matthew has extensive business experience across central England, and now applies this knowledge to the property market and the relocation sector, assisting clients from all over the world with their specific requirements. As former director of an international sales agency, Matthew is highly familiar with many cultures and is extremely experienced in international business travel, a range of skills that enable him to relate to our relocation clients and offer a tailored, professional service.
Away from work, Matthew enjoys regularly playing football and international travel.
Relocation Services Consultant – Cate Kutas
Cate brings a wealth of experience to the relocation team through her experience in sales, international business and customer service. Having worked for an international sales agency and also carrying experience in the luxury furniture industry, Cate offers our relocation clients a personal service catering to their specific needs during what can be a complex and stressful move.
Away from work, Cate enjoys spending time with animals, specifically dogs and horses.
