Declaration of Referral Fees
In accordance with current legislation, Danelaw Real Estate offer the following declaration of our existing paid referral agreements.
Danelaw Real Estate agents are paid referral fees from the aforementioned service providers.
For legal services, Danelaw agents are paid no more than £200 (+VAT).
For mortgage services, Danelaw agents are paid £125 (VAT exempt) for mortgages £150,000 and no more than £200 for mortgages in excess of £150,000.
